Ordering Procedure
You may offer to purchase goods or services described on this web site for the price specified on this web site.

• Your order must contain your name, email address, credit card details and any other ordering information specified on this web site.
• Delivery of the goods or supply of the services to you will be effected in the manner described on this web site.
• Title in the goods does not pass to you until payment has been received in full.
• Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon dispatch.
• Payment must be effected in the manner described on the web site. Prices are inclusive of GST.

Cancellation Due to Error
You acknowledge that despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error or like oversight.  In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.  We reserve this right up until the time of delivery of goods or supply of the services to you.  If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your credit card has been charged for the purchase, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account for the amount in question.

Except in relation to liability for personal injury (including sickness and death), and except as otherwise stipulated in these terms and conditions, we will not accept liability to you in respect of any loss or damage (including indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage) which may be suffered or incurred by you or which may arise directly or indirectly in respect of goods or services supplied pursuant to an order placed on this web site or in respect of any failure or omission on our part to comply with our obligations as set out in these terms and conditions.

Claims and Return of Goods

• Claims will not be accepted unless made within 10 working days of receipt of product. 
• Once the returned canister has been received by Oilcheck, no refund is possible.
• Claims will not be accepted for change of mind or where the kits have been damaged by abnormal use after purchase.
• Claims will not be accepted for return of goods without an authorisation number from Oilcheck Pty Limited General Manager.
• Goods are to be returned to Oilcheck Pty Limited at 95 Clapham Road Sefton by the customer’s nominated carrier.

Delivery Information
Upon placing your order you should receive a confirmation email followed by a dispatched email once your order has been shipped / posted.

Delivery Timeframes
The kits are dispatched within 24 hours from our NSW office, and received within 2-3 working days (from the working day following receipt of the dispatch email) for most metropolitan areas in Australia. Other locations can take 2-4 days; remote areas can take longer. You may receive your order earlier than the time stated above but please note, sometimes there can also be unforeseen postal delays which are outside of our control. We ask that you please allow up to 10 working days for delivery before contacting us to request a refund or replacement order.

We aim to complete testing within two days of return of samples and correctly completed sample description sheets. To expedite the process we prefer that customers register with Checkpoint and complete the sample description sheets online.

Other Delivery Information
Your order is charged in full at the time your order is placed. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver's name for your order is accurate and complete (including any business name if shipping to a work address) as we are unable to change any details once the order has been placed.

Precautions
You must ensure that your access to this web site is not illegal or prohibited by laws which apply to you.
