Welcome to Oilcheck Pty Ltd

Oil analysis and condition-based monitoring has been provided by Oilcheck Pty Ltd since 1981.  If you are a customer wanting to view your test results please log-in and follow the prompts.

Oilcheck Pty Ltd is an independent testing laboratory of petroleum products for the condition monitoring and oil analysis of all equipment.  We are approved by the National Australian Testing Authority (NATA) to ISO17025 and maintain ISO9001-2000 quality accreditation.

We use the latest technology in oil analysis and testing equipment and have a team of fully qualified chemists to provide clients with accurate and prompt sampling analysis and tracking reports.

Our oil analysis complies with Australian and International standards.

We offer a flexible service which is used extensively by major OEMs, contractors and equipment owners and operators throughout the Asia Pacific.  Our customised service includes on-line reporting, customer training and technical support.

The Oilcheck service uses a pre-paid sample test-kit system which is sent to customers who return 125ml bottles filled with the petroleum product to be analysed.  They subsequently receive a test result in an on-line and/or hard copy format which rates, trends and explains the condition of the product.

We welcome your enquiry to discuss which tests would best meet your requirements, what this will cost, how long it will take and how to organise the analysis and report.  As with many clients, after an initial trial period we can then set up an ongoing service to support your condition monitoring and preventative maintenance system.
